Legal liability for physical loss and/or damage to cargo.
Legal liability for loss due to mis-direction or mis-delivery of cargo.
Consequential loss resulting from the liability (1) and (2).
Cargo's proportion of general average & salvage.
Delay in the dispatch, carriage or delivery of cargo.
Subject to a deductible of NT$50,000.00 each and every loss.
